Very nice doctor with a sense of humor.
Was very helpful, gave good advice, and asked me to follow up regarding my strained back. Thank you!

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED THERAPY SESSIONS?
A:

A:
Therapy, in essence, is meeting a therapist so that they can help you in resolving your struggles that may have to do with behaviours, emotions, beliefs, relationship with another individual, or somatic reactions, and providing reassurance.
