I am a Chief Medical Officer at Sir Cowasjee Jehangir Institute of Psychiatry and Behaviour Sciences, Asia’s largest mental health institution. My experience spans over 10 years at that institute.

My area of interest is more focused toward Psychology than psychiatry which is why I did my diploma in cognitive behaviour therapy. I deal with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, different phobias.

My aim is to help people struggling with mental illnesses and to reinforce mental wellbeing in society.
