A:

Therapy takes time. 4 sessions to 8 sessions a month is recommended by us. Anything less than this would be just support work.

Furthermore, therapy can give fresh outlooks on life, promote one’s self-esteem and help people better understand their own emotions. Therapy is often referred to as Psychotherapy
